Holy Cannoli began as a tiny spark one pastry, piped fresh, handed across a farmers-market table and the smile it created. From that moment, we were hooked. What started as a small family idea quickly grew into a full-time obsession: making the freshest, creamiest, most joyful cannoli you’ve ever tasted.
Our process is simple on the surface but serious behind the scenes. Every batch of our signature sweet cream is mixed from scratch. Every shell is selected for the perfect snap. Every cannoli is piped to order, right in front of you, because that single moment, the swirl of filling, the crunch, the first bite, that’s the magic.
Along the way, our little pink boxes became a calling card. People began spotting them at weddings, farmers markets, corporate events, and hometown celebrations. We realized we weren’t just making dessert. We were creating moments people remembered.
