A graduate of Old Dominion University with a background in psychology, she brings a deep understanding of people into every part of the business, from crafting flavors that resonate to designing experiences that feel thoughtful and welcoming. Her blend of culinary craft, human insight, and attention to detail ensures each cannoli reflects care, intention, and a genuine connection with the people it’s made for. 

 Jordan is the co-founder of Holy Cannoli and the strategic backbone of the brand, bringing a disciplined operations mindset shaped by his work with NASA. A graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, he applies systems thinking, precision, and long-range planning to ensure the business runs consistently and with intent. Jordan blends technical rigor with creativity and care, helping Holy Cannoli scale thoughtfully while staying grounded in quality, community, and vision.
